Frequently asked questions
How do I upload reservations?
Currently we are not directly connected to Airbnb, Booking, VRBO or other STR’s platforms because we need to get certified to access their API. But, you can use our file uploader to import your reservations with a csv file or manually create them with our super easy form.
How much is going to cost?
We are crunching the numbers to define the correct monthly price and subscription model. But don’t worry, we got you covered. We are well aware that you may be using other platforms and we don’t want to eat your profits.
What happens if I opt out from the monthly paid subscription?
That would be odd because we know you will love SAND. But, we will keep your data stored for three months. After that if we don’t hear from you we will have to delete your records ;(
Who can access my data?
You and only you. Well and your client. We do our best to keep up with latest security updates and we don’t share nor sell your data with any other service or platform. Although, some people are always trying to break up things, so if we find a data leakage we will let you know.
